Less than 2 months in, 2 of the 3 LEDs dont light up anymore. Colour changing function doesnt work either =(

I want to clarify something because a lot of people seem confused about the RGB on this cable.The RGB is adjustable, but not through software. You can change and lock the color by lightly tapping the magnetic nameplate against the connector. Each tap cycles the color, and once you stop, the color stays fixed. It’s actually pretty clever and works consistently.Overall, very happy with it and glad I figured out the color control.

Really happy with this overall. I went with the black version and the twisted cable design looks great on my desk. It feels like a quality product considering the price and the 8KHz support works really well for my mouse and keyboard.I bought this without being entirely sure whether it would support two devices running at 8K but thankfully it does which is great. I’m using a Superlight 2 Pro Wireless 8K and a Wooting 80HE 8K and both work perfectly through the hub. Being able to run both at 8K is a big plus for me and it makes the whole setup look much cleaner while keeping the cables more organised.The hub itself is nicely made and the rubber pads underneath are a really neat addition as they stop it from sliding around while you’re using it. It feels solid and durable so far and I think the value for money is really good.The only minor flaw I’d say is the RGB. The magnetic light switch is a cool feature but having dedicated software would still be nice. It would also be great if it could be customised through something like SignalRGB for people who like to properly customise their setup. I think having an RGB light on the longer cable that connects to the PC would have been a nice touch as well. That said it still looks pretty nice without it and I know some people would probably find too much RGB a bit tacky anyway.My only other criticism would be the packaging. For the price I expected the presentation to be a little better. The cable was wrapped with tape which was quite tedious to remove and I think something like reusable cable ties or cleaner packaging would make more sense.Apart from that I can’t really complain. It’s a good quality 8K hub that supports both of my 8K devices and is a useful addition if you want a cleaner mouse and keyboard setup.

so i found this item under two different brands but decided to order it though attack shark because i had ordered an item from them before that i was of good quality so i went with them. the two brands had the exact same pictures and description, looked like identical products, and after a recent price cut from one of the companies they were the exact same price. well when it arrived i noticed that i missed something, there was ONE GLARRING difference. the attack shark version has NO WAY to control the RGB. i knew the one from Mambasnake COULD control the RGB so i sent this one back the same day. Weird thing is that when the new one arrived from Mambasnake, their box was identical to attack shark and even had attack sharks name on the box next to mambasnake so apparently they are one in the same or they Collab on several items, idk but if you are going to order this item, the one from mambasnake is the same price and the better version.
