I absolutely love the design of this mouse. I have used superlights for years now, but the drivers conflict with my other peripherals. I decided to give this a try to see if it works. A good mouse makes all the difference when gaming. The right weight, polling, click travel, skate smoothness, can all be game savers. Ive been gaming with an AttackShark RS3 Ultimate for a couple months now and love it so jumped on the chance at trying out the R6 Ultra. The body size/shape is nearly identical, but a bit lighter. This RS6 has a swappable battery pack so you never have to worry about switching back and forth between cable mode and wireless. The transmitter has a light that indicates power level so you know when you should change it out between sessions. It uses an online driver and can do things like switching off the LED lights. Attack shark is kind of a Razer alternative and are usually much cheaper, so if your looking for a good quality mouse, give this one a try.

I've got an Attack Shark R3 for comparison, and the RS6 feels better balanced (the R3 is more front-heavy), but despite this, I think I have to give the edge to the R3. The reason why is that despite the poor balance on the R3, it only comes in at 46g, while the RS6 (this mouse) comes in at a whopping 65g in comparison. It's a bit surprising to be honest, how much heavier this mouse is. Which doesn't make this mouse 'heavy' - it's just 'heavier' than the R3. It does use the slightly newer PAW3955MAX sensor, instead of the 3955 on the R3, but I never found the 3955 on the R3 lacking. I personally can't tell the difference between the two, but I'm also not a professional gamer.The Silver carbon fiber has a 'raw' feel to it. It's not as smooth as a traditional mouse, and it has a very slight coarseness to it's texture, giving it great grippyness. You won't need grip tape here! I also appreciate the dedicated DPI button on the bottom of the mouse. I would prefer the DPI button to be on top, but at least there's a dedicated button for it.Overall, I like this mouse quite a bit. You're paying more for carbon fiber and the latest PAW3955MAX sensor though - yet it's still not quite in the 40'ish gram range of ultralight mice. I'd consider looking into other mice like Attack Shark's own R3 or F1 Air, which are lighter and cheaper.

This is not the lightest mouse out there, but it it also isn't far off. You get a lightly textured surface with a carbon fiber look - the texture is so light it feels more matte than anything. None of the openings on the back are noticeable in use and it's comfortable to hold for extended periods. Really, there's nothing unusual about the shape of the mouse so it doesn't really take much adjustment.Settings can be edited via web interface from DPI through to other jitter and lift toggles along with the function of the (barely visible) mouse light and the dongle LED.By default that dongle displays the current battery status with the Attack Shark logo, or flashes if you're charging one of the batteries.The hot-swappable battery is probably my favourite part of this mouse, as the only thing that ruins the experience of a smooth, lightweight wireless mouse is having to plug it in because the battery died. Here? You just swap the dead battery wtih the charged one in the dongle and go. No plugging in and the second battery charges right up again. You can, of course, plug the mouse in via USB-C if you want to use it wired, but I'd sooner take the slight hit to polling rate and battery life than have to deal with a cord again.The mouse, even wireless, is incredibly smooth. I used it almost entirely on a glass mousepad and you can slide it across there like the entire surface is oiled. There's no real friction, the response times are snappy and the mouse movement itself either on the desktop or in games is buttery.You can also adjust the actual sensor position on the bottom over maybe an inch. I confess I don't really notice much of a difference when doing so, but options don't hurt.Overall it's a remarkably solid feeling mouse for something that is literally hollow and full of holes, and it's probably the smoothest mouse I've spent time with too. Using it is effortless.

In an interesting change of trends, we are now moving away from the ultralight mice stripped of all the features, and returning to a lightweight mouse that has all the features that one might want.This carbon fiber mouse has a very interesting look and texture that feels great to hold, and it even comes with grip tape if you want additional grip. The hollowed design allows the mouse to be more lightweight, although it's definitely not among the lighter mouse on the market.This mouse comes with a nice braided cable, an 8K receiver dongle, but what truly sets this mouse apart from any other mouse I've used before, is the use of dual batteries. You get to charge one battery while the other is in use, so the only downtime you'll have during play sessions, is the time it takes to swap out the battery, which will be just a few seconds!On the bottom of the mouse are amazingly smooth ptfe mouse skates that allow for very smooth gliding across any surface. What is also special here is that the mouse sensor at the bottom can be adjusted up or down, so that your movement can be further adjusted depending on where you hold the mouse. If you move the sensor up, the mouse cursor will move further when moving side to side, and vice versa.The optical switches for the clicks are crisp and satisfying without any creaking or mushiness. The metal scroll wheel has satisfying detents without being too loud in use. While I don't use 8K polling rate not only to save battery, but because I don't think it makes a difference, I'm sure it'll be great for those gamers looking for the highest rates.This is an amazing package at a great value. If you want all of these features in a more mainstream gaming brands out there, you'll have to spend at least twice as much, and you still wouldn't get all of these features.This gets my highest recommendation.

I've been pretty impressed with this mouse so far. It has a nice shape, feels comfortable in my hand, and the buttons have a good, responsive click to them. It's lightweight enough that moving it around feels effortless, and the overall construction seems pretty solid.One thing I really like is the interchangeable battery system. Instead of having to plug the mouse in when the battery gets low, you can simply swap it out and keep going. The battery indicator on the receiver is also a nice touch since you can see when it's getting close to needing a change. Battery life has been good, and not having to worry about charging it every night is definitely convenient.The adjustable DPI is another feature I appreciate. Being able to change the sensitivity depending on what I'm doing makes a difference, especially when switching between different types of games. The software also gives you some additional customization options, including the ability to turn off the lighting if you don't want it.As far as comfort goes, I like the overall shape and button placement. Everything is easy to reach without having to adjust my grip. The textured finish is a little different, though. It has a slightly rough feel to it rather than the rubberized grip you might expect. It's not necessarily uncomfortable, but I can see how some people might prefer a smoother surface.The interchangeable battery is a great idea, although it does add a little extra weight. It's still comfortable to use, but if you're someone who wants the absolute lightest gaming mouse possible, that's something to consider.My biggest complaint would probably be the price. There are quite a few gaming mice available that offer similar performance for less money, so I think the value really depends on how much you appreciate the battery system and the other features.Overall, I think this is a really nice mouse. The buttons feel good, tracking is responsive, and the battery setup is probably my favorite feature. It's comfortable enough for longer gaming sessions, and I haven't had any issues with how it performs.

This is a really nice mouse. The carbon fiber plastic they use feels great and has a slight texture that I think is great. The shape of the mouse fits my hand pretty well. I think its shaped pretty close to my Viper v4 which is another comfortable mouse. The buttons all feel good and are in good locations for me.I like the look of it a lot. Battery life is great and I'm never sweating if I didnt charge it the night before. Adjustable DPI is nice and I swap based on what games I'm playing.This is a great mouse I really enjoy it. I have another one without the vent holes and its lasted with daily work use 10+ hours a day for months now with no sign of wear on anything.

Shape is a GPX dex according to eloshapes. The clicks feel great, it's well built, but the price is high.Hotswappable battery is cool I guess, not a ton of options, but adds weight. This is heavier than a Dex and costs the same as a used one, so it's tough to recommendThe fake carbon fiber texturing on all these new mice feels gritty and not grippy. Like a micro etching, not a coating. I'm a bit disappointed. I'll be sticking with my mchose A7 RE instead.

This mouse delivers the performance it promises. Using the included 2.4 ghz wireless receiver unlocks the full range of performance settings, and the sensor was able to reach all of the advertised metrics in testing. Pushing everything to maximum drains a battery in a day or two but that is the cost of running at the top end. I appreciate having the option. With the sensor dialed in to more modest settings the battery life is much longer.Bluetooth connectivity is also available and limits the available performance settings considerably though it remains perfectly adequate for everyday use and will feel acceptable to most people. Wired operation is also available.The receiver also serves as a charger to keep a spare battery charged and ready to go. The dual battery design is excellent because one can be used in the mouse while the other charges, and swapping them takes only seconds. Unfortunately, the charging contacts in my receiver do not work reliably. The battery only charges when pressure is applied at a particular angle and maintained, so I had to attach a small clip to hold it in place. Charging inside the mouse still works, but that defeats much of the convenience of having a spare battery ready to swap. I believe this is likely an isolated defect rather than a problem with the overall design. Also worth noting is that the batteries here are proprietary and I'm not sure if they're readily available for purchase at this time.I also ran into an issue where my computer would no longer enter or remain in sleep mode after connecting the mouse. I resolved it in device manager by disabling “allow this device to wake the computer” on several HID devices, since it was difficult to identify which entry belonged to the mouse.The open lattice shell looks distinctive and keeps the weight down, though the openings felt strange against my hand until I got used to them. The mouse glides very smoothly and includes multiple cables. The coiled cable has bright colour cycling lights at both ends.Despite the receiver charging issue with my unit, this is an excellent setup when everything works as intended. The performance, connectivity options, and quick swap battery system make it worth strongly considering.

This has become my new favourite mouse.I’ve tested and reviewed a number of mouses over the past year or two. This one is by far the nicest one but it took a bit of getting used to.It’s extremely lightweight. I’ve always preferred a hefty mouse so this felt like a toy in my hand compared to my usual protoarc…that said once I got used to the lightness of it, there was no going back. Trying to use another mouse after this, feels soooo clunky. I can see how it would be an excellent choice for a gamer.The profile is very ergonomic and it fits nicely in the curve of my palm.The clicks are soft but very satisfying…a nice little ping accompanies each click. The wheel is lacklustre and feels like any budget mouse wheel…but it works.There’s a web driver that I haven’t been able to get working with my apple system, but that checks out - their webdriver for their Hall effect keyboard also didn’t work on my Mac; had to try it on a windows machine. I have no need for some of the extreme features such as 8k polling rate, sensor adjustment.The wifi dongle ends up being a bit of a mystery. It’s huge and also charges the battery. I’m conflicted about whether I like this method of power management. I sorta get it…if you’re gaming you don’t want to have to plug in your mouse halfway through a long session because the cable might hinder your gameplay…so you swap the battery for the spare which has been charging in your wifi dongle…cool if you care about staying wireless and popping a fresh battery in. I’m just sure I’ll lose this second battery…it also takes up a lot of space; way more cumbersome than a small usb dongle.That said I can see the quality of the build and the thought that’s put into the design - this is a true gamer’s mouse, and allowing you to adjust the position of the sensor provides a level of customization that would likely be noticed and appreciated by a serious gamer.For my usecase it’s an excellent lightweight mouse with a great profile and dual connectivity which is useful. I don’t take advantage of many of the features which would be appreciated by a gamer but everything about it is well executed; feels very premium.
