Gasket mounting is a type of keyboard mounting, where no screw holes are drilled into the switch plate which has a cleaner sound profile because the gaskets cushion the shock of each keypress. The keyboard also contains foam at the bottom layer to reduce hallow sounds, as well as enhance feeling of typing stokes.

  • AK832PRO is a rechargeable keyboard. Built-in 2500mAh lithium battery, support charging while using. In wireless mode, if you don’t turn on the light, you can use it for up to 100 hours, and you can use it for more than ten hours if you turn on the light continuously in time. Turning off the light mode during the day can greatly extend the use time.

  • 20 RGB Light mode

  • AK832PRO has 20 RGB lighting modes. FN+|Switch between different modes, FN+↑/↓ adjust the brightness of the light, FN+← adjust the direction of the light, FN+→ switch the color of the light, FN+X turn off or turn on the light. In addition, you can select the lighting mode through the screen, FN+PGUP screen to the left, FN+PGDN screen to the right, FN+ENTER to confirm the selection, FN+DEL to open the animation, FN+INS to close the screen.

Nice, but ...

Bought the AK832 keyboard with red switches, without the LCD screen (not the Pro version).
Delivery took almost two weeks as it was sent from China. Luckily I did not have to pay any extra taxes on arrival in the Netherlands.
Nice sturdy keyboard, but a problem for me was that in order to use the Home and End keys required pressing the Fn key.
A strange decision to make SCRLK and INS the default, which keys as far as I know are seldom used.
Used the "driver" software to remap the keys.
An advantage of this model is that it has two extra keys: PRTSC and SCRLK where the LCD screen is located on the PRO version.
If you want to change the switches, that will be problematic as these are soldered on the board.
The keycaps can be changed of course, sadly the standard keycaps are not shine through so the letters can be a bit hard to distinguish in the dark.
