FAQ
Are wireless gaming mice as fast as wired ones?
Yes. Our wireless mice use 2.4GHz technology, so they have a very low delay. This gives you a smooth and lag-free experience. They work just as well as wired mice for serious gaming.
What is DPI and why does it matter for gaming?
DPI (Dots Per Inch) tells you how sensitive the mouse is. A high DPI means the cursor moves more with a small hand movement. Gamers need to change DPI to be fast for looking around, and slow for careful aiming.
What is Polling Rate?
Polling Rate is how often the mouse tells the computer where it is. It is measured in Hz. A high polling rate (like 1000Hz) means less delay between your hand movement and the cursor movement. This makes the cursor track more smoothly.
What's the difference between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth connection?
2.4GHz (with a USB dongle) is best for gaming because it is a faster and more stable connection with less delay. Bluetooth is good for work and daily tasks. It is easy to connect without a dongle, and it uses less battery.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery life depends on the model and how you use it (like with RGB lights on). Most of our mice last for many hours of gaming. Please look at the product page for the exact battery life.
Can I use the mouse while it's charging?
Yes. You can use all our wireless mice with the USB-C cable while they are charging. So you never have to stop playing.
I lost my USB dongle. Can I get a replacement?
Please contact our customer support with your order number. We will try our best to help you get a new dongle if we have them.
Do I need to install software to use the mouse?
No, the mouse works right away without any software. But if you want to change the DPI settings, RGB lights, or button functions, you should install our software.
Can I change the mouse switches?
Most of our mice do not have switches that you can easily change. Changing the switches yourself can cancel your warranty. Please check the product details for more information.
Are your mice compatible with Mac, PS5, or Xbox?
Yes, our mice work with Mac right when you plug them in. They also work on PS5 and Xbox if the game allows a mouse. But the software to change the settings is only for Windows.
